HANEE SOFT Co.,Ltd Software End-User Licence Agreement

Please read in detail because it is important content.

The HANEE SOFT Co.,Ltd End User License Agreement(“Licence Agreement”) about HANEE SOFT Co.,Ltd software products listed above, The contract concluded between you(the individual or the single company) and HANEE SOFT Co.,Ltd.

The HANEE SOFT Co.,Ltd software products Includes Computer software, It is possible to include associated medium, printed materials, online and electronic documents(“software product”)

The original software provided to you by this software product HANEE SOFT Co.,Ltd including for product updates and supplement. they are provided with the software product and this will allow you to use all software in accodance with the applicable license agreement with a separate end-user license agreement.

You agree to the terms of the license agreement for the software, you are installing, copying or using.
If you do not agree to the terms of this license agreement, Do not install or use the software product.

In this case, you can request a refund after returning the software product.

Software product license

this software product is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, and other intellectual property laws. The license will be allow, not sold software products

1. License grant

The following right is permitted with this licensing agreement.

The applied software.
You are running the same operation system or the software products installed in the old version of one single computer, workstation, terminal, mobile PC, oager, smart phone or other digital electronic device(“computer”), and these interactions with the use, access, display, execute, or otherwise you can (“run”)

Using storage and network.
You can install a product in a storage device such as a network server that is used only for executing the product on other computers of your network. To do this, you must specify a separate license for the acquisition and the computer running the software product from each of your storage device.

License of the software product is can not be shared with other computers and using at the same time.

License pack.
If the license is a HANEE SOFT Co.,Ltd license pack, you can run the software as “license number” stated.

The right holding.
HANEE SOFT holds the explicit all right which are not permitted.

2. Other right and Limitation

Prohibit resale.
If the “resale” or “NFR” appear in the software product, Regardless the other provisions of this license, you can use just demonstration, test, or evaluation.

Reverse engineering, Decompilation, Limited for disassembly.
You can not use software product for reverse engineering, decompilation and disassembly. Even though limited, the above activity of this license make a exception for permissible limit expressly by applicable law.

Separation of the components.
This software product is permitted as the single product. you may not seoarate the components of a softwate product for use in a number exceeding one computer.

Trademarks.
This license agreement doesn’t give you any rights associated with the trademark or service mark of HANEE SOFT.

Lease.
You can not hire a software product.

Support Service.
HANEE SOFT Co.,Ltd can provide Support services related to this software to you(“Support Services”). Our support service is subject to the policy of HANEE SOFT that is explained in guideline, on-line documents or other materials provided by HANEE SOFT. As part of support service, HANEE SOFT can be used for business purpose including support and development of technical information that is provided in HANEE SOFT. HANEE SOFT will not utilize the technical information in a manner that your identification is exposed.

Softwate Trasfer.
First Licensee can not transfer this License Agreement and software product. however, When getting the permission of the HANEE SOFT Co.,Ltd and transferring, you must be transferred all software products(all components, medium, printed materials, upgrade, this License Agreement and include Certificate of authenticity). In this Case, you can not consignment sale or any other indirect transfer. Assignee must agree to comply with the terms of the license agreement, including the obligation of “ I will not transfer this License Agreement and software product anymore”.

Revocation.
If you do not comply with these license terms, HANEE SOFT co.,Ltd Cam terminated the agreement without affecting any other rights. In such a case, you must destroy all Copies of the softwate product and accessories that you have.

3. Upgrade

If there is a upgrade mark to the software product, you must acquire a eligible license to use such software products that is lawfully verified from HANEE SOFT Co.,Ltd.
The software which is marked as an upgrade has been upgraded or added for your products but it can be to disable your products.

You may use a product that has been upgraded based on the terms and conditions of this agreement. In the case as a single licensed product which is one of a component of a software package that you have licensed, the software can be used only as part of the single product package and it is not possible to be separated purpose in order to be able to use more than one computers..

4. Copyright

Software product(including all picture, image, animations. Video, audio, music, text and “Accessories” contained in the software product), Ownership and copyright of other printout and copy of software product are reserved by HANEE SOFT Co., Ltd or the provider. All ownership and intellectual property rights for content that can be accessed by use of software product are property of owner of that content and can receive the protection of the copyright or other intellectual property rights and related agreements.
This License Agreement does not allow any license for related contents to you. If software product’s document is provided electronic form document only, you can print one copy of electronic documents. You can not copy enclosed printout for the software product.

5. Dual medium software

You will be able to receive a software product that is stored in more than one medium that you are. You can use only one medium suitable for your computer. it is irrespective of type or size. Also , you can not run any other medium on another computer. As stated earlier, Except when the softwere product accoding to the permanent transfer, you can not transfer, rent or lease the other medium to another user.
6. backup copy

Under this license Agreement, A copy of a software product after installation, you can keep the original for backup or archival perposes provided the software medium product. If the original medium is required to use the software product on a computer, you can create only one copy of the software for backup or keeping. Except as expressly set forth in this License Agreement, you can not copy the software product and the software included in your product literature.

In addition, if the user has caused any loss arising the use of the program, HANEE SOFT Co.,Ltd Will not be held responsible.
